She is a master’s in law from Delhi University. She is in active practice for the last 30 years & is panel counsel for various PSU banks and Financial Institutions namely IIFCL, SASF, IDBI, Bank of Maharashtra, Union Bank of India.
She is Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India in Delhi High Court by Ministry of Law & Justice.
She is regularly appearing before Hon’ble Delhi High Court, NCLAT/NCLT, DRAT/DRT on behalf of PSU Banks and Financial Institutions (FIs), IRPs/Corporate Debtor/CoC etc.
She has served on the Governing Body of Swami Shraddhanand College (University of Delhi) as a Member and was also appointed as Treasurer of the same Governing Body.
She is a trained Commercial mediator from ICADR. She is also a Panel mediator for MCA, Northern Region, Delhi.
She is panel counsel for various Public Sector Undertakings that is RITES, IRCC, NBCC, IIFCL, IAMCL, etc. and has been handling their trade-related issues, service matters, contractual matters & financial matters.
She is on the panel of advocates of GAIL (India) Limited & BHEL. She was on the panel of Ministry of Railways to represent them before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi.
She is the retainer counsel for TERI University for more than 10 years. She was Legal Advisor/Retainer Counsel for Technology Development Board, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
She does the legal strategy work for various organisations & outsourcing of legal departments.
