He has drafted numerous cases filed before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT, and ITAT. He provides legal opinions on complex transactions pertaining to
Direct and Indirect Taxes.
He has briefed many senior advocates for appearing before NCLT/NCLAT and has represented PSUs such as BHEL, GAIL, IDBI Bank, IIFCL, etc., before various forums.
He has assisted in preparing Due-Diligence Reports for TDB, Project Funding for private clients, and other assignments.
